5. Original Invitation letter with the passport details of the Applicant addressing to the Ukraine Embassy New Delhi.
6. Valid Medical Travel Insurance Euro 30000/- coverage
7.Ukraine company Registration copy.
8. Passenger’s personal bank statement last 6 months
 
Tourist Visa:
