If Traveling with Minor
Birth certificate copy required and home department from Mantralay
Parents need to be present at the Israel Consulate Mumbai for signing a declaration for Minor consent form appointment should be taken at the time of submission Parents must carry
Original Birth Certificate and original Aadhar card of a child at Israel Consulate for signing a declaration.
