Original passport valid at least for 06 months from the date of return,
02 Colour photo as per specification 35mm x 45mm white background 80% face should be seen with dark colour cloth and the photograph should be on good quality paper (Scanned photo
will not do, Passenger should give clicked photograph only),
Swiss schengen visa application form duly filled and signed by the pax, visa form as per below,
Original Covering letter from company on company’s letter head addressing to The Swiss Embassy New Delhi with seal and sign,
Invitation letter from Switzerland on company’s letter head addressing to The Swiss Embassy New Delhi.),
Ticket as per invitation letter,
Overseas medical policy as per ticket,
Original Personal updated Bank statement for last 6 months with bank name and applicant name with bank seal and sign on every pages and page should be A4 size only,
If working then Salary Slip For last 03 month with original company seal on every pages,
Copy of personal IT returns for last three years,
Copy of qualification certificate.
If self employed then required Company IT paper last 3 year and Company bank statement last 3 month
If pax is doing his own business then company registration copy required in English language
 
 
Tourist Visa :

Original leave letter from company on company’s letter head with seal and sign. (If working),
Hotel confirmation as per travel date,
Ticket as per hotel confirmation,
Overseas medical policy as per ticket,
Original Personal updated Bank statement for last 3 months with bank name and applicant name with bank seal and sign on every pages and page should be A4 size only,
Salary Slip For last 06 month with original company seal on every pages,
Copy of personal I.T. returns for last three years
If self employed then required Company IT paper last 3 year and Company bank statement  last 3 month
if pax is doing his own business then company registration copy required in English language.
Copy of qualification certificate if travelling first tome to Schengen, Original previous passport if available, For child School bonafide also required.
If child under 18 is travelling to Swiss other parents then required NOC letter from mother and father 100rs stamp paper with notary and govt id proof both pax.
