Business Visa :
1) Original passport valid atleast for 06 months.
2) Covering letter on company letterhead with designation of pax, purpose of traveling, travel dates and who will borne all expenses during the trip along with Higher Signatory Authority name and Designation should mention below along with original company seal.
3) Invitation from Turkey along with turkey company seal and signing person name n designation and VD number in company seal.
4) Indian company registration copy require and we have to do Notary and Mantralay on that copy as per the Turkey consulate rules  [If Company Owner is traveling] for proprietor, and Director firm for Partnership firm we need company registration copy and partnership deeds copy and we have to do Notary and  Mantralay on both
5) Original Bank Statement for last 03 months till the dated of the personal and the company along with bank seal if working salary should be reflecting on his bank statement balance above 1 lack.
6) Original salary slip for last three months of pax along with original company seal on salary slips if (EMPLOYEE).
7) 02 Colour photo 2.5 by 2.5 inch white background 80% face should be seen
8) Return Air Ticket.
9) Travel Insurance.
 
 
Tourist Visa :

Please note if PAX With designation Proprietor, Director or CEO then required Original Proof ‘OR’ if any such documents sending copy then required to be attested by the Notary and home department stamp on copy, AS PER THE CONSULATE RULE.
 
W.E.F. 04th July 2016, all Visa application will be submitting through VFS only.
